Burn Fat With Your Morning Coffee

Many of us love that morning cup of joe first thing in the morning. Just drive by any Starbucks and you'll see people lining up to buy coffee filled with fat and sugar and holding about the same calories as a Big Mac. Needless to say starting the day out with a Big Mac isn't necessarily the best road to fat loss, but wouldn't it be nice if you could find a way to get that morning jolt of caffeine and burn more fat because of it?

No, you don't have to buy some sort of fat burning coffee for a hundred bucks a pound, all you have to do is add a little something to your cup and you can control your hunger through the morning and increase your body's natural fat burning ability.

If you really want to speed up your fat loss results, there are two things you can add to your morning cup.

First, sprinkle some cinnamon into your coffee. Cinnamon helps to lower your cholesterol so that you will have better cardiovascular health, and better blood flow. But it also does something that almost everybody in our society needs. It helps to control blood sugars and reduce insulin sensitivity. This means that when you eat, you will be less likely to get those violent blood sugar spikes that make you sleepy or irritable. That is of course, if you are eating well.

along with a sprinkle of cinnamon, you can also add a little fat buster to your coffee to feel full and speed fat loss in the form of protein powder.

Before you add milk, cream, or sugar, drop a tablespoon of protein powder into your coffee and see how it tastes. My favorite is vanilla, but chocolate is fine if you want a mocha flavor.

Adding protein will help you feel full after your coffee, and the protein will send your body signals to start burning fat.

So, to put it another way, if you add cinnamon and protein to your coffee, you will control your hunger, burn fat, lower your cholesterol, help level your blood sugars and still get your morning jolt! And all you have to do is add a couple of ingredients.
